The Retail Store Manager (SM) advances all of Sprint’s core objectives, Must be bilingual in Korean/Spanish — improve the customer experience, strengthen the brand and improve profitability. The SM is ultimately responsible for all aspects of a Sprint Retail store and manages the resolution of all team members and customer experience issues. The SM empowers all team members with the necessary tools and training to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. The SM must have the ability to coach, develop and lead a strong retail sales and service team in the achievement of individual and team-based goals. The successful Store Manager will work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required and adapt quickly to the constant changing environment of the wireless industry.
